What is the Synapptic Forum?

The Synapptic Forum helps Synapptic customers connect with others who are passionate about Synapptic products! Share experiences, ask questions, discuss features, and stay up-to-date with the latest news and updates related to Synapptic. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced user, the forum is the perfect place to learn, share, and connect with like-minded individuals.

How does it work?

Subscribe to the forum with your email address. When someone posts a message onto the forum, everyone subscribed to the forum receives that message. You can reply to any message received, to comment on it and provide additional insight or information.

How do I join?

There are three ways to join:

1. Send an email to synapptic-request@freelists.org with just the word ‘subscribe’ in the subject of the email. An email will be sent to you, asking you to confirm you wish to join. Follow the link supplied in the email to confirm.
2. Visit www.freelists.org/list/synapptic and subscribe through this webpage.
3. Call us on 0191 909 7 909 and ask to be added to the forum. Or email help@synapptic.com and request to be added.

Please note! You can only join the forum if you are a Synapptic customer. We will check the identity of all users before they are added to the forum.

How do I receive messages from the forum?

When successfully subscribed to the forum, messages posted to the forum from other subscribers will be automatically emailed to you. Any messages you receive from the forum will have the words ‘Synapptic Forum’ at the start of the subject, to easily identify they have come from the forum.

How do I post a message to the forum?

Simply reply to any message received from the forum or email a new message to synapptic@freelists.org

How do I leave the forum?

There are two ways to leave the forum:

1. Send an email to synapptic-requests@freelists.org with just the word ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject of the email. An email will be sent to you asking you to confirm you wish to leave. Follow the link supplied in the email to confirm.
2. Visit www.freelists.org/list/synapptic and unsubscribe through this webpage.

Please be respectful and considerate in all communications. Inappropriate or offensive content will not be tolerated and may lead to a temporary or permanent ban from the forum.

Keep comments relevant, truthful, and respectful. Do not post defamatory, unlawful, offensive, or copyrighted content; or anything that condones illegal activity, incites crime, or prejudices court proceedings. Avoid impersonation, spamming, advertising, or using offensive language or inappropriate usernames. Comments must be in English.

We strongly recommend that you do not post to the forum any sensitive, private or personal information, such as postal addresses and telephone numbers. If posting images, make sure they don’t reveal this type if information.
